**Mar 2022** (This article is also available in [[코딩 교육 스타트업에서 보낸 14개월의 기록|Korean]]) <br> I deeply resonated with the CEO’s vision of expanding IT infrastructure in regional areas and providing programming education opportunities to people of all ages. That’s what led me to work at a programming education company for 1 year and 2 months. My main role was in creating educational content, and I took part in various stages—from curriculum design to writing a textbook. We went through several pivots along the way, and while it wasn’t easy, thanks to everyone’s hard work, we were able to accomplish a lot in just a year. In the beginning, we gave external lectures using our own self-made materials. But what truly moved me was hearing positive feedback from students who took the class using that very book. Having overcome so many challenges together made the whole journey even more meaningful. During those 14 months, I learned and grew so much.
